After the friction was recognized, it was implemented in the servo control loop. By real-time prediction and compensation of friction force, the dynamic response performance and control accuracy of the system were improved. This paper first introduces the basic structure and working principle of AC servo worktable, and then analyzes the impact of friction force on the control system and its effect on the control effect. Based on these analysis results, this paper presents a friction recognition and compensation control scheme based on torque measurement, and gives specific implementation methods and control processes. Finally, through simulation and experimentation, the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed scheme are proven.
