异氟醚吸入麻醉对体外循环手术女性病人术后认知功能的影响的开题报告 摘要： 目的：本文旨在探究异氟醚吸入麻醉对体外循环手术女性病人术后认知功能的影响。 方法：选取50例女性病人，使用随机分组法将其分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用七氟醚吸入麻醉，观察组采用异氟醚吸入麻醉。手术后3天和7天分别进行认知功能测试，进行数据分析。 结果：手术后3天，观察组在空间记忆、反应速度、语言能力和计算能力方面表现较差。手术后7天，两组在认知功能表现无明显差异。 结论：异氟醚吸入麻醉对体外循环手术女性病人的认知功能有短暂的影响，术后可逐渐恢复。 关键词：异氟醚，七氟醚，体外循环手术，女性病人，认知功能 Abstract: Objective: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of inhalation anesthesia with isoflurane on postoperative cognitive function in female patients undergoing cardiopulmonary bypass surgery. Methods: Fifty female patients were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group. The control group was given sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia, while the observation group was given isoflurane inhalation anesthesia. Cognitive function tests were conducted 3 and 7 days after surgery, and data analysis was performed. Results: Three days after surgery, the observation group performed worse than the control group in spatial memory, reaction speed, language ability, and calculation ability. Seven days after surgery, there was no significant difference in cognitive function between the two groups. Conclusion: Inhalation anesthesia with isoflurane has a transient effect on the cognitive function of female patients undergoing cardiopulmonary bypass surgery, which gradually recovers after surgery.
