73例完全性大动脉转位畸形冠状动脉分析的开题报告 摘要： 背景：完全性大动脉转位畸形（complete transposition of the great arteries，CTGA）是一种罕见的先天性心脏病，其主要特征是主动脉和肺动脉错位。这种畸形最常见的合并症是冠状动脉异常。 目的：本研究旨在分析CTGA合并冠状动脉异常患者的临床表现和影像学特征，为CTGA的早期诊断和治疗提供参考。 方法：我们回顾性分析了2005年至2019年期间，我科收治的73例CTGA患者的病历和影像学资料。其中28例患者合并冠状动脉异常。我们对这28例患者的临床表现、影像学特征以及治疗方案进行了分析和整理。 预期结果：我们将进一步了解CTGA合并冠状动脉异常的临床表现、影像学特征和治疗方案。这有助于提高对这些患者的早期诊断和治疗。 结论：本研究可以为CTGA合并冠状动脉异常的诊断和治疗提供更加有效的参考，以减少患者风险和提高疗效。 关键词：完全性大动脉转位畸形；冠状动脉异常；影像学特征；治疗方案。 Abstract: Background: Complete transposition of the great arteries (CTGA) is a rare congenital heart disease, characterized by a discordant ventriculoarterial connection where the pulmonary artery arises from the left ventricle and the aorta arises from the right ventricle. The most common complication of CTGA is coronary artery anomaly. Objectives: This study aimed to analyze the clinical and imaging characteristics of patients with CTGA and coronary artery anomaly, in order to provide guidance for the early diagnosis and treatment of CTGA. Methods: We retrospectively reviewed the medical records and imaging data of 73 patients with CTGA admitted to our department from 2005 to 2019. Of these, 28 patients had coronary artery anomaly. We analyzed the clinical and imaging characteristics, as well as the treatment strategies, of these 28 patients. Expected outcomes: We will gain further understanding of the clinical and imaging characteristics, as well as the treatment strategies, of patients with CTGA and coronary artery anomaly. This will help to improve the early diagnosis and treatment of these patients. Conclusion: This study can provide more effective guidance for the diagnosis and treatment of CTGA with coronary artery anomaly, in order to reduce patient risks and improve treatment efficacy.
