疏肝和胃法治疗功能性消化不良肝胃不和证的临床研究的开题报告 【摘 要】 功能性消化不良是临床常见的病症之一，其主要表现为食欲减退、腹胀、消化不良等多种不适感。中医理论认为功能性消化不良的根本原因是肝气郁结，导致了胃气不畅。本文旨在探讨疏肝和胃法治疗功能性消化不良的疗效和机制。 本研究采用随机对照实验设计，选取符合入组标准的50名患者，将其随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组25人。治疗组采用疏肝和胃法治疗，对照组采用普通中成药治疗。治疗期为6周，在治疗前、治疗后的第3周和第6周测量患者腹胀、食欲和胃肠道运动功能的情况，比较两组治疗效果的差异。 本研究预计能够有力地证实疏肝和胃法在治疗功能性消化不良中的疗效。研究结果不仅可以为临床医生提供治疗方案，还可为中医肝胃理论的深入研究提供参考。 【关键词】功能性消化不良；肝气郁结；疏肝和胃法；中医治疗；临床研究 【Abstract】 Functional dyspepsia is a common clinical symptom, which mainly shows as loss of appetite, bloating, indigestion and other discomforts. Traditional Chinese Medicine believes that the fundamental reason for functional dyspepsia is liver qi stagnation, which leads to stagnation of stomach qi. This paper aims to explore the efficacy and mechanism of liver-soothing and stomach-strengthening method in the treatment of functional dyspepsia. This study adopts a randomized controlled trial design. Fifty patients who meet the inclusion criteria are randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 25 patients in each group. The treatment group is treated with liver-soothing and stomach-strengthening method, while the control group is treated with ordinary Chinese patent medicine. The treatment period is 6 weeks. The conditions of bloating, appetite and gastrointestinal function are measured before and after 3 and 6 weeks of treatment, and the differences between the two groups are compared. It is expected that this study can effectively demonstrate the efficacy of liver-soothing and stomach-strengthening method in the treatment of functional dyspepsia.
