我国湿地资源保护的法律制度研究的中期报告 摘要： 湿地是重要的生态环境和生物多样性保护区。保护湿地资源是我国生态文明建设的重要任务。我国湿地资源保护的法律制度建设已经有了一定的成果，但仍存在着一些问题。 本研究着重分析了我国湿地资源保护的现状和存在的问题，以及相应的法律制度。研究发现，湿地资源保护的法律制度面临着一些挑战，如法律规范不完善、执法难度大等问题。为了更好地保护湿地资源，需要进一步完善法律制度、加强相关部门的执法力度，以及加强公众的环保意识。 关键词：湿地资源保护；法律制度；问题；完善。 Abstract： Wetland is an important ecological environment and biodiversity protection area. Protecting wetland resources is an important task in the construction of ecological civilization in China. Although our country has made certain achievements in the legal system of wetland resource protection, there are still some problems. This study focuses on the analysis of the current situation and problems of wetland resource protection in China, as well as the corresponding legal system. It is found that the legal system of wetland resource protection is facing some challenges, such as incomplete legal norms and difficulties in law enforcement. In order to better protect wetland resources, it is necessary to further improve the legal system, strengthen the enforcement of relevant departments, and enhance public environmental awareness.
