Aug 29, 2023 Declaration of RoHS Compliance The EU Directive 2011/65/EU, 2015/863/EU (EU)2020/659 ,which refers to “Restriction of Hazardous Substances” or “RoHS”, is made by the European Union (EU) and took effect on 1 July 2011. This restricts the use of the following ten hazardous substances in the manufactures of various types of the electrical and electronic devices: • Lead (Pb) 1000 ppm • Mercury (Hg) 1000 ppm • Cadmium (Cd) 100 ppm • Hexavalent Chromium (Cr+6) 1000 ppm • PolyBrominated Biphenyl (PBB) 1000 ppm • PolyBrominated Diphenyl Ether (PBDEs)(including Deca-BDE) 1000 ppm • Bis(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) 1000 ppm • Butyl benzyl phthalate (BBP) 1000 ppm • Dibutyl phthalate (DBP) 1000 ppm • Diisobutyl phthalate (DIBP) 1000 ppm Exemption: • 6(c): Copper alloy containing up to 4 % lead by weight • 7(a): Lead in high melting temperature type solders (i.e. lead-based alloys containing 85 % by weight or more lead) • 7(c)-I: Electrical and electronic components containing lead in a glass or ceramic other than dielectric ceramic in capacitors, e.g. piezoelectronic devices, or in a glass or ceramic matrix compound We, DFI Inc., hereby declare that the following products are fully compliant with the EU Directive 2011/65/EU 2015/863/EU (EU)2020/659 COM335; COM335XXXXXXXXXX XXXXXXXXXXX (X=A~Z, a~z, 0~9, “-” or blank, any character) Jima Hsieh Environment Management Representative DFI Inc.
