After enjoying the movie of Coach Carter, we were deeply moved by all members of the team, especially the coach who teach the basketball players to become the collage’s students, a group of guys to become the men who can take social responsibilities and have strong awareness of abiding by the laws. Although they failed the final basketball game, they succeeded in their life, they were the winners. The original basketball team in the senior high school of Richmond usually fail the basketball game and only won twice but failed more than twenty times, and the principal have predicted that none of them can go to the collage. But finally six of them can go to the collage and become the main players in their school team. And how does Coach Carter succeed in building up this elite basketball team?  Coach Carter, a graduate of basketball team from the same senior high school for about 20 years ago, have experienced the bad situation of the basketball team after his graduation. His teammates took drugs, broke the laws and were put in jail, and dead for something wrong. So he have made up his mind to prevent the same things from happening again. This is the reason that he commit all of his power on helping them to succeed in their life.  Coach Carter took the basketball train seriously, and he had the extraordinary basketball skills and training methods. It was because the train was very hard and tough, they got great progress in basketball games and won all the time without being defeated. From my perspective, basketball abilities are the foundation of the success. In other words, Coach Carter had strong teaching abilities to teach them win the basketball games, which acquired the trust of the players and they won’t follow the coach at all if he was unable to teach them well.  But that is not the reason that he can
