新零售下生鲜产品物流配送模式研究 【摘要】近年来，随着收入与健康意识的不断提高，人们对于生鲜产品的需 求与品质要求也在不断提高。而在新零售的影响下，生鲜行业也出现了许多新的 发展模式，从生鲜产品的供应链、仓储到生鲜门店的运输、配送等等方面都出现 了新的变化，诸如盒马生鲜、每日优鲜、京东到家等等新型企业发展运营模式也 随之诞生。本文根据国内外相关文献，对于新零售、生鲜物流、物流配送模式等 进行了梳理总结。以盒马鲜生为例，分析目前生鲜物流配送模式中存在的如配送 费用高、配送慢、时效无法确保等问题，提出了自营物流与社区众包相结合的物 流配送模式。通过调查问卷形式收集了相关数据，利用 SPSS、Excel 软件对收集 到的数据进行分析，论证提出的自营物流与社区众包相结合的物流配送模式是具 有可行性的，一定程度上可以解决现有生鲜物流配送模式中存在的问题。 【关键词】新零售；生鲜产品；生鲜物流；物流配送模式 注：本论文 （设计）题目来源于教师的国家级（或省部级、厅级、市级、校级、企业）科研 项 目，项 目编号为： 。 Research on Fresh product logistics distribution mode under New retail [Abstract] In recent years, with the continuous improvement of income and health awareness, peoples demand and quality requirements for fresh products are also increasing. Under the background of the new retail, fresh industry also appeared a lot of new development model, from the fresh products supply chain, warehousing, transportation, distribution, and so on have a new change. Such as Freshhema, Jingdong 7FRESH and so on the development of new enterprises operating mode was born. Based on the domestic and foreign literature, this article summarizes the new retail, fresh logistics, logistics distribution mode. Taking Freshhema as an example, this article analyzes the problems existing in the current fresh logistics distribution mode, such as high distribution cost, slow delivery, and lack of time guarantee. In addition, this article proposes a logistics distribution mode combining self-run logistics with community crowdsourcing. Relevant data were collected through questionnaires, and the collected data were analyzed by using SPSS and Excel software.
