教师工作压力与绩效的关系研究 摘要 ：以中国高校教师为对象，确定了工作压力、工作绩效与个人成就调查表，从构 建的初始模型出发，在应用结构方程模型（Structure Equation Model,SEM）对高校教 师工作压力、工作绩效与个人成就的关系进行探索性分析的基础上，从三个模型中确定 了一个拟合得较好的模型，得出了高校教师工作压力与工作绩效和个人成就的相互关系， 并通过分析、归纳，提出了压力的有效性是 Yerkes-Dodson 法则的适用条件，表现为一 是适度的压力水平；二是压力因素属于未满足的较高层次的需求。在此基础上试图为中 国高校和企业管理者制定工作压力管理策略提供指引。 关键词：高校教师；工作压力；绩效；个人成就 Research on the Relationship Between the Teachers’ Pressure and Efficiency Abstract : this paper for Chinese college teachers as an Object, determine work pressure, efficiency and personal achievement as questionnaire, Based on the relationship between the university teachers work pressure, efficiency and personal achievement, Starting from the initial model building, and with implementing the Structure Equation Model, SEM, completing the exploratory analysis. choose a better model from the three models, abstract the relationship between college teachers work pressure, efficiency and personal achievement, and through analysis, summarized, presented the effectiveness of the pressure is applicable conditions Yerkes-Dodson law: First, temperate pressure level; Second, pressure factors are a higher level of unsatisfied demand.
