大客车车身轻量化研究的中期报告 【摘要】 大客车车身轻量化是提高其燃油效率、降低运营成本的有效途径之一。本文针对大客车车身轻量化问题，选取了一家大型客车制造企业的某款7.5米长客车为研究对象，通过CAE分析、模型构建、优化设计等方法，提出了车身轻量化方案，初步实现了车身总重的15%降低。该方案可以为客车制造企业提供参考与借鉴。 【关键词】 大客车；车身轻量化；CAE分析；优化设计；降重方案 【Abstract】 The lightweight of the bus body is one of the effective ways to improve fuel efficiency and reduce operating costs.
