研究开发投入与公司绩效的相关性——基于医药、生物制品业的实证分析的中期报告 摘要： 本报告基于医药、生物制品业的实证数据，对研发投入与公司绩效的相关性进行中期分析。首先，通过文献综述，我们发现研发投入在不同行业和企业中的影响具有较大差异。接着，我们对2004-2019年间上市医药、生物制品企业的研发投入和公司绩效进行了统计和分析。研究结果表明： 1. 医药、生物制品企业研发投入额度较高，占比分别为7.5%和6.1%。 2. 研发人员数量和研发投入呈正相关，但是引进人才和研发投入之间的相关性不明显。 3. 经营绩效和研发投入呈现倒U型关系，说明研究开发投入对企业绩效起到一定的促进作用，但在一定程度上也会对企业绩效产生负面影响。 4. 研发投入和资本支出与企业绩效之间存在显著相关性，显示出资本投入对企业发展的重要性。 因此，我们建议医药、生物制品企业应当合理配置研发投入，适度控制研发成本，以协调研发投入与企业绩效之间的关系，从而提升企业整体竞争力。 关键词：研发投入；医药生物制品；公司绩效；相关性 Abstract: Based on empirical data from the pharmaceutical and bioproducts industry, this report presents a mid-term analysis of the correlation between research and development (RD) investment and company performance. Firstly, the literature review shows that the impact of RD investment varies greatly across different industries and companies. Secondly, we conducted statistical analysis of RD investment and company performance of listed pharmaceutical and bioproducts enterprises from 2004 to 2019. The research findings are as follows: 1. The RD investment of pharmaceutical and bioproducts enterprises is relatively high, accounting for 7.5% and 6.1% respectively. 2. There is a positive correlation between the number of RD personnel and RD investment, but the correlation between imported talents and RD investment is not obvious. 3. The relationship between RD investment and business performance shows a inverted U-shaped pattern, indicating that RD investment plays a certain role in promoting business performance, but it also has a negative impact on business performance to some extent. 4. There is a significant correlation between RD investment and capital expenditure and business performance, showing the importance of capital investment to business development. Therefore, we suggest that pharmaceutical and bioproducts companies should allocate RD investment reasonably and control RD costs appropriately, so as to coordinate the relationship between RD investment and business performance and enhance overall competitiveness.
