我国农村基础教育保障制度研究——以阳泉郊区为例的中期报告 中期研究报告 摘要： 中国是一个人口众多的发展中国家，农村地区占到全国的四分之三以上，因此农村教育的发展具有重要的战略意义。本研究以山西省阳泉市郊区农村基础教育保障制度为研究对象，重点分析了当地农村教育保障制度的现状、存在问题及其根源，以及应对策略。 本研究采用问卷调查和深度访谈相结合的方法，旨在全面了解当地农村教育保障制度的实际情况，探究制度的一些根本问题，切实提出解决问题的有效对策。 研究发现，当前阳泉郊区的农村基础教育保障体系存在许多问题。首先，政策执行不到位，财政投入不足，导致农村教育设施落后、师资力量不足、学校管理混乱等问题。其次，农村学生缺乏心理健康教育、文化课程与职业教育不平衡等问题仍然存在。最后，现行的竞争机制对农村学生的不公平性极其明显。 在此基础上，本研究提出了一系列的对策建议。首先，政府应该加强农村教育的政策支持，提高财政投入。其次，必须加强农村师资队伍的建设，提高教育教学的质量。再次，应当加强农村学生的心理健康教育，提供更多多元化的文化和职业课程。最后，必须加强竞争机制的监管，保证公平竞争的原则。 关键词：农村基础教育；教育保障；阳泉郊区；研究 Abstract: China is a developing country with a large population, and more than three-quarters of the countrys population lives in rural areas. Therefore, the development of rural education is of great strategic importance. This study takes the rural basic education guarantee system in the suburbs of Yangquan City, Shanxi Province as the object of study, focusing on analyzing the current situation, existing problems, and their roots of the local rural education guarantee system, as well as coping strategies. This study adopts a combination of questionnaire survey and in-depth interview methods, aiming to comprehensively understand the actual situation of the local rural education guarantee system, explore some fundamental problems of the system, and put forward effective countermeasures to solve the problems. The study found that there are many problems in the rural basic education guarantee system in the suburbs of Yangquan City. Firstly, the policy implementation is not in place, and the financial investment is insufficient, which leads to problems such as backward education facilities, insufficient teaching staff, and chaotic school management in rural areas. Secondly, problems such as lack of mental health education, imbalance between cultural courses and vocational education for rural students still exist.
