上市公司债务期限结构与经营业绩相关性研究——来自沪深A股制造业的数据的中期报告 摘要：本研究以沪深A股制造业上市公司为研究对象，分析了债务期限结构与经营业绩之间的关系。研究结果表明，在债务期限结构方面，公司短期债务与长期债务的比例对经营业绩具有显著影响；在经营业绩方面，公司营业收入和净利润对债务期限结构也具有显著影响。具体来说，长期债务比例与营业收入呈正相关关系，与净利润呈负相关关系；短期债务比例则与营业收入呈负相关关系，与净利润呈正相关关系。此外，本研究还发现公司规模、盈利能力和成长性等因素也会影响债务期限结构与经营业绩之间的关系。因此，为了确保公司的健康运营和长期发展，上市公司应该合理规划债务期限结构，确保各期限债务均衡分布。 关键词：债务期限结构；经营业绩；制造业；上市公司；沪深A股 Abstract: This study analyzes the relationship between debt maturity structure and operating performance of manufacturing listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen stock markets. The results indicate that the proportion of short-term debt and long-term debt has significant effects on operating performance. Similarly, operating revenue and net profits also affect debt maturity structure. Specifically, the long-term debt ratio shows a positive correlation with operating revenue but a negative correlation with net profits; meanwhile, the short-term debt ratio correlates negatively with operating revenue and positively with net profits. In addition, this study finds that company size, profitability, and growth also influence the relationship between debt maturity structure and operating performance. Therefore, to ensure healthy operations and long-term development, listed companies should plan a reasonable debt maturity structure to ensure a balanced distribution of debt in different periods.
