工程机械产品形态设计评估体系研究的中期报告 摘要： 工程机械产品形态设计是现代工程机械设计领域中的重要内容之一，而形态设计的好坏直接关系到产品的市场竞争力。本研究旨在建立一套全面、实用、科学的工程机械产品形态设计评估体系，为工程机械设计提供科学依据和指导。本中期报告完成了以下工作：一、对目前工程机械产品形态设计评估方法进行了系统的整理和归纳；二、明确了工程机械产品形态设计评估体系的基本框架和要素；三、初步建立了工程机械产品形态设计评估指标体系和评价方法；四、应用该指标体系对某厂商的两种产品进行了形态设计评估，并根据评估结果提出优化建议。未来的研究重点是进一步完善指标体系和评价方法，并丰富实验数据，提高评估的科学性和可靠性。 关键词：工程机械；产品形态设计；评估体系；指标体系；评价方法 Abstract: Product form design of engineering machinery is an important part in the field of engineering machinery design, and the quality of form design is directly related to the market competitiveness of the product. The aim of this study is to establish a comprehensive, practical and scientific evaluation system for engineering machinery product form design, providing scientific basis and guidance for engineering machinery design. The mid-term report of this study has completed the following work: firstly, a systematic sorting and summarizing of the current engineering machinery product form design evaluation methods; secondly, clarification of the basic framework and elements of the evaluation system for engineering machinery product form design; thirdly, preliminary establishment of the evaluation index system and evaluation method for engineering machinery product form design; fourthly, application of the evaluation index system to evaluate two products of a manufacturer and putting forward optimization suggestions based on the evaluation results. The future research focus is to improve the index system and evaluation method, and enrich experimental data to enhance the scientificity and reliability of evaluation.
