Chapter 5 quotation and offer Chapter Three Quotations Offers The difference between Quotations and offers A quotation is a statement of the current price of an article that you intend to sell. An offer refers to a promise to supply goods on the terms and conditions stated. Unlike an offer, a quotation is usually not legally binding upon the seller. Neither has it a fixed time of validity.
