老年人关系满意度的生理因素分析 —以攀西经济区为例 摘要：目的了解攀西经济区老人在生理因素影响下的关系满意程度，并讨论其 原因提出对策，为后续对老年人关系满意度的生理因素影响研究提供参考。方 法是采用分层抽样，抽取户籍在攀西地区的老年人 135 人进行当面访问和线上 发问卷调查。结果 135 名老年人中，视力水平、最近两周患病情况、慢性疾病 患病情况、遇事是否想得开、当前步行水平是老年人关系满意度的显著影响因 素。视力水平良好、最近两周未患病、未患有慢性疾病、遇事想得开、能独立 行走的老人关系满意度高；结论 完善医疗保障制度，减轻家庭养老负担。加强 对老年人的人文关怀，进行孝文化宣传教育，提倡经济养老与精神养老相结 合。关注老人心理健康，培养健康积极的生活态度，提高老年人心理承受能 力。 关键词：老年人、关系满意度、生理因素 Abstract: objective to understand the relationship satisfaction of the elderly under the influence of physiological factors in Panxi Economic Zone, discuss the reasons and put forward countermeasures, so as to provide reference for the follow-up study on the influence of physiological factors on the relationship satisfaction of the elderly. Methods 135 elderly people with registered residence in Panxi area were selected by stratified sampling for face-to-face interview and online questionnaire survey. Results among the 135 elderly, the level of vision, the prevalence of diseases in the last two weeks, the prevalence of chronic diseases, whether they can think about things and the current walking level were the significant influencing factors of relationship satisfaction. The elderly who have good eyesight, have not been ill in the last two weeks, have no chronic diseases, are open-minded and can walk independently have high relationship satisfaction; Conclusion improve the medical security system and reduce the burden of family pension. Strengthen the humanistic care for the elderly, carry out the publicity and education of filial piety culture, and advocate the combination of economic pension and spiritual pension. Pay attention to the mental health of the elderly, cultivate a healthy and positive attitude towards life, and improve the psychological tolerance of the elderly.
