基于价值链视角的北部湾制造业在CAFTA的嵌入研究的中期报告 摘要： 本文以价值链视角为基础，结合CAFTA贸易协定，对中国北部湾制造业在该贸易协定中的嵌入进行研究。通过文献综述和实证研究，发现CAFTA给北部湾制造业带来了机会和挑战。通过价值链分析，可以发现该地区制造业产业链水平相对较低，主要从事初级生产和加工，缺乏高端关键零部件、设计和研发能力，这导致北部湾制造业在全球价值链体系中的地位相对较低。然而，CAFTA贸易协定为该地区的出口提供了更好的市场机会和较低的关税壁垒，同时也提高了该地区企业的经营方向和发展策略。因此，北部湾制造业需要采取必要的战略措施，提高企业的创新能力和产品品质，同时加强与海外企业的合作，实现产业链的上游延伸和附加值的提升，才能在CAFTA贸易协定中取得更大的收益。 关键词： 价值链视角；北部湾制造业；CAFTA贸易协定；嵌入研究。 Abstract： Based on the perspective of value chain, this paper studies the integration of the manufacturing industry in Chinas Beibu Gulf region in the CAFTA trade agreement. Through literature review and empirical research, it is found that CAFTA has brought opportunities and challenges to the manufacturing industry in the Beibu Gulf region. Through value chain analysis, it can be found that the level of the manufacturing industry chain in the region is relatively low, mainly engaged in primary production and processing, lacking high-end key components, design and research and development capabilities, which leads to the relatively low status of the Beibu Gulf manufacturing industry in the global value chain system. However, CAFTA provides better market opportunities and lower tariff barriers for export from the region, while also improving the direction and development strategy of enterprises in the region. Therefore, the manufacturing industry in the Beibu Gulf region needs to take necessary strategic measures to improve its innovation ability and product quality, and strengthen cooperation with overseas enterprises to achieve upstream extension of the industrial chain and value-added increase, in order to gain greater benefits in the CAFTA trade agreement.
