ST公司不同重组模式对重组绩效影响的比较研究的中期报告 ST公司不同重组模式对重组绩效影响的比较研究的中期报告 摘要： 本研究旨在比较ST公司不同重组模式对重组绩效的影响，研究采用案例研究和实证研究相结合的方法，通过对ST公司进行不同重组模式的案例分析和宏观数据的统计分析，分析不同重组模式对公司绩效的影响，研究结果表明，整合型重组模式对公司绩效的提升最为显著，而剥离型重组模式对公司绩效的提升效果相对比较弱，多元化重组模式对公司绩效的影响则较为复杂，需要根据具体情况进行考虑和分析。 关键词：ST公司；重组；绩效；整合型；剥离型；多元化 Abstract： The purpose of this study was to compare the impacts of different restructuring models on performance of ST Company. This research adopted a combination of case study and empirical research methods. By analyzing the ST company with different restructuring models through case analysis and macro data statistical analysis, the impact of different restructuring models on company performance was analyzed. The research results showed that the integrated restructuring model had the most significant effect on company performance improvement, while the divestiture restructuring model had relatively weak impact on company performance improvement. The impact of diversification restructuring model on company performance was more complex and needed to be considered and analyzed based on specific circumstances.
