国税系统政务信息公开的困境及其对策——以盐城国税为例的中期报告 摘要： 政务信息公开在建设法治政府、推进政务公开、维护群众知情权、参与权和监督权、促进政府与社会互动等方面起到了重要作用。然而，在国税系统中，政务信息公开仍存在着挑战和困境。本中期报告将以盐城国税局为例，探讨其面临的挑战和困境，并提出相关对策。 首先，在政务信息公开方面，盐城国税局存在的挑战和困境主要有三个。一是政务信息公开意识淡薄，缺乏有效监管和规范标准；二是政务信息公开平台建设滞后，难以满足群众的需求；三是政务信息公开反应缓慢，信息内容不够详尽和透明。 针对上述问题，本报告提出的对策主要有三个。一是加强政务信息公开意识，增强政府公信力和透明度；二是推进政务信息公开平台建设，构建更加便捷和高效的公开渠道；三是优化政务信息公开反应机制，提高信息的质量和透明度。 关键词：政务信息公开；国税系统；盐城国税局；困境；对策 Abstract: Government information disclosure plays an important role in building a rule-of-law government, promoting government transparency, protecting the rights of the public to know, participate and supervise, and promoting government and society interaction. However, there are still challenges and difficulties in government information disclosure in the national tax system. This midterm report will take the Yancheng National Tax Bureau as an example to explore the challenges and difficulties it faces and propose relevant countermeasures. Firstly, in government information disclosure, Yancheng National Tax Bureau faces three main challenges and difficulties. First, there is a weak awareness of government information disclosure, with a lack of effective supervision and standardized standards; second, the construction of government information disclosure platforms lags behind and is difficult to meet the needs of the public; third, the response to government information disclosure is slow and information content is not sufficiently detailed and transparent. To address these issues, the report proposes three main countermeasures. First, strengthen the awareness of government information disclosure, enhance government credibility and transparency; second, promote the construction of government information disclosure platforms, and build more convenient and efficient open channels; third, optimize the government information disclosure response mechanism, improve the quality and transparency of information.
