that 引导宾语从句时,不在句中充当任何成分,只起连接作用,无任何意义, 常可以省略。
e.g.I think we should form good habits.
e.g.we are happy so many teachers are attending our lesson.
if/whether 引导宾语从句时,不在句中充当任何成分,只起连接作用,意为“是否”,不能省略。
注意:?引导及物动词后宾语从句,一般可以相互换用;
?引导介词后宾语从句,只用 whether,不用 if;
?从句中有 or not 时,只用 whether,不用 if;
e.g.I want to know you are listening to me carefully. e.g.Your success will depends on you are hard-working now. e.g.The little boy wondered the story was true or not.
连接代词 what(ever),who(ever),which(ever),whose 等引导宾语从句时,在从句
中可作主语,宾语,表语,定语。
e.g.He said he was doing was very important.
e.g.Do you know English is the best in our class? e.g.Teachers usually like studies hard at school.
连接副词 when,where,why,how 引导宾语从句时,在从句中可作时间,地点,
原因,方式状语。
e.g.They have decided they will leave for Wuhan.That is next Sunday. e.g.Please tell me she lives.
e.g.Will you tell me I can lose weight?
