当代合作型教师文化研究——基于教师学习共同体的视角的中期报告 摘要: 本文基于教师学习共同体的视角,以当代合作型教师文化为研究对象,通过文献调查和实地探访,初步构建了当代合作型教师文化的概念框架,并探讨了其形成条件和影响因素。研究认为,当代合作型教师文化的形成与教师的社会化历程、工作环境、职业认同和教育改革等密不可分。同时,研究指出,建立教师学习共同体是促进当代合作型教师文化形成的重要途径。未来研究可进一步深入探讨教师学习共同体的建设方式和效果评价等问题。 关键词:教师学习共同体;合作型教师文化;教育改革;职业认同;社会化历程 Abstract: Based on the perspective of teacher learning community, this paper takes contemporary cooperative teacher culture as the research object, and preliminarily constructs the concept framework of contemporary cooperative teacher culture through literature investigation and on-site visits, and explores its forming conditions and influencing factors. The study believes that the formation of contemporary cooperative teacher culture is closely related to teachers socialization process, work environment, professional identity and education reform. At the same time, the study points out that establishing teacher learning community is an important way to promote the formation of contemporary cooperative teacher culture. Future research can further explore the construction mode and effect evaluation of teacher learning community.
