交通运输专业本科培养计划 Undergraduate Program for Specialty in Transportation 一、业务培养目标 1、Educational Objectives 本专业培养具备交通运输组织与决策、现代港口与国际航运管理、交通运输规划及现代物流管理等理论基础和技能，能在国家及各省、市交通运输管理部门、交通运输企事业单位，尤其是港口、国际航运企业、现代物流企业等从事交通运输组织、指挥、决策、交通运输企业生产与经营管理、物流管理及研究的高级技术及管理人才。 This program cultivates advanced technical and managerial talents with basic knowledge and abilities in traffic and transportation organizing and decision-making, modern port and international shipping management, traffic and transportation planning and logistics management, who can engage in traffic and transportation organizing, commanding, decision-making, transport and logistics operation management in state, provincial and municipal transportation departments and transport enterprise and institutions, especially in port, shipping and logistics enterprises. 二、业务培养要求 2、Educational Requirement 本专业学生主要学习交通运输组织与决策优化、现代港口与国际航运管理、交通运输规划、现代物流管理等方面的基本理论和基本知识，受到交通运输生产与经营管理、商务管理、技术管理、信息管理等方面的基本训练，具有运用管理决策技术，合理组织运输生产以获得最佳社会与经济效益的基本能力。 毕业生应获得以下几方面的知识和能力： 1.掌握交通运输组织与决策、现代港口与国际航运管理、交通运输规划及现代物流管理等基础理论、基本知识；  2.掌握计算机在交通运输管理中应用的基本技术；  3.具有交通运输组织指挥、交通运输企业生产与经营的基本能力  4.熟悉国家关于交通运输方面的方针、政策和法规，并了解现代交通运输的发展方向；  5.了解交通工程设备、技术及交通组织管理的发展动态；  6.掌握文献检索、资料查询的基本方法、具有初步的科学研究和实际工作能力。 Students of this program will mainly study basic theories and knowledge on optimization of traffic and transportation organizing and decision-making, modern port and international shipping management, traffic and transportation planning and logistics management. They will acquire the training on management of transport operation, business, technology and information, and basic ability of adopting management and decision-making techniques to organize transport operation effectively for the purpose of optimum social and economic benefits.
