旅游管理专业学生酒店实习满意度研究的中期报告 中期报告 摘要： 本研究旨在探究旅游管理专业学生酒店实习满意度。结合学生个人特点、实习内容、实习环境等多个方面，分析学生对实习满意度的影响因素。本文采取问卷调查、深度访谈等多种方法进行数据收集和分析，通过对117位旅游管理专业学生的回答，得出以下结论： 1.实习内容对学生满意度的影响较大，僧多粥少的实习任务、单一无聊的工作任务、老死不相往来的工作环境都会降低学生的实习满意度。 2.实习环境对学生满意度影响较大，压抑的氛围、不友善的员工、矛盾重重的工作环境等都会影响学生的实习满意度。 3.同学间关系对实习满意度影响较大，工作中的协作、团队配合等方面能够带来愉快的工作氛围，增加实习满意度。 4.学生个人素质也是影响实习满意度的一个重要因素，比如沟通能力、适应能力、责任心等。 本研究对旅游管理专业学生进行了初步的探究，未来可以考虑通过更多样化的数据收集和分析方法，探究更深层次的因素。值得一提的是，本研究的结果可以为酒店管理者提供参考，尤其是因素分析、计划管理、员工管理等方面，可以帮助酒店管理者更好地理解学生的实习需求，提升学生的实习满意度。 关键词：旅游管理专业，学生，实习，满意度，因素分析。 Abstract: This research aims to explore the satisfaction of hotel internships among tourism management students. Combining with students personal characteristics, internship content, internship environment and other aspects, the factors influencing students’ satisfaction with internships are analyzed. In this paper, a variety of methods such as questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews are used for data collection and analysis. Based on the answers of 117 tourism management students, the following conclusions are drawn: 1. The content of the internship has a greater impact on students satisfaction. Scanty internship tasks, boring work tasks, and work environments with no interaction will reduce students internship satisfaction. 2. The internship environment has a greater impact on student satisfaction. A depressing atmosphere, unfriendly staff, and a conflict-ridden work environment will affect students internship satisfaction. 3. The relationship between classmates has a greater impact on internship satisfaction. Cooperation and teamwork in work can bring a pleasant working atmosphere and increase internship satisfaction. 4. Students personal quality is also an important factor affecting internship satisfaction, such as communication skills, adaptability, and sense of responsibility.
