基于火灾风险评估的仓储企业火灾保险费率浮动研究的中期报告 摘要： 本研究旨在基于火灾风险评估，探讨仓储企业火灾保险费率的浮动方式及其实施效果。本研究采用三个步骤进行：第一步，对仓储企业火灾风险进行评估，运用模糊数学方法建立风险评估模型，采用灰色系统分析方法获得风险系数；第二步，对仓储企业火灾保险费率的浮动方式进行研究，提出了基于模糊逻辑的浮动方式，并建立了浮动系数计算模型；第三步，通过实际数据进行计算分析，对比分析了传统的固定费率和基于模糊逻辑的浮动费率的差异。 根据研究结果，提出了仓储企业火灾保险费率浮动方案，该方案能够更准确地反映企业的火灾风险水平，能够激励企业增强火灾安全意识，降低火灾风险，提高企业火灾保险费用的使用效益。 关键词：火灾风险评估；仓储企业；火灾保险费率；浮动方式；模糊逻辑 Abstract: The purpose of this study is to explore the fluctuation method and its implementation effect of the fire insurance premium rate of warehousing enterprises based on fire risk assessment. Three steps were adopted in this study. Firstly, the fire risk of warehousing enterprises was evaluated. A risk assessment model was established using fuzzy mathematics method, and the risk coefficient was obtained using gray system analysis method. Secondly, the fluctuation method of fire insurance premium rate for warehousing enterprises was studied. A fluctuation coefficient calculation model was established based on fuzzy logic. Thirdly, the difference between traditional fixed rate and fluctuating rate based on fuzzy logic was analyzed by actual data calculation. According to the research results, a fluctuation plan for the fire insurance premium rate of warehousing enterprises was proposed, which can more accurately reflect the enterprises fire risk level, stimulate the enterprise to enhance fire safety awareness, reduce fire risk, and improve the use efficiency of fire insurance costs.
