全流通时代A股上市公司中小投资者保护研究——基于现金股利政策视角的中期报告 【摘要】 全流通时代，A股上市公司中小投资者面临着更为复杂的投资环境和更大的投资风险。本文以现金股利政策为研究视角，通过对2016年以来A股上市公司中小投资者保护状况的定量分析和定性分析，发现现金股利政策对中小投资者保护具有显著影响。具体来说，高现金股利分配率和稳定股利政策可以有效提高中小投资者收益和信心，同时降低中小投资者的投资风险，因此应加强监管力度，保护中小投资者的合法权益。 【关键词】全流通时代；中小投资者；现金股利政策；保护；监管 【Abstract】 In the era of full circulation, small and medium-sized investors in A-share listed companies face more complex investment environment and greater investment risks. From the perspective of cash dividend policy, this article analyzes the protection of small and medium-sized investors in A-share listed companies since 2016 through quantitative and qualitative analysis, and finds that cash dividend policy has a significant impact on the protection of small and medium-sized investors. Specifically, high cash dividend distribution rate and stable dividend policy can effectively increase the returns and confidence of small and medium-sized investors, while reducing their investment risks. Therefore, regulatory measures should be strengthened to protect the legitimate rights and interests of small and medium-sized investors. 【Key words】era of full circulation; small and medium-sized investors; cash dividend policy; protection; regulation
