厚板加热炉钢坯三维温度场在线数模系统的研究与应用的中期报告 摘要： 本研究旨在建立一个在线数模系统，实现厚板加热炉钢坯三维温度场的实时模拟和预测。首先，对厚板加热炉的热传导、辐射和对流进行了初步的建模，并用有限元方法求解了钢坯的温度场。然后，基于此建立了一个数值模型，并编写了对应的计算程序。最后，应用该数模系统对实际加热炉进行了模拟，结果表明该系统能够准确地预测钢坯的温度分布，并对研究厚板加热炉的运行过程具有一定的参考意义。 关键词：厚板加热炉；数模系统；三维温度场；有限元方法；热传导、辐射和对流 Abstract: The aim of this study is to establish an online numerical modeling system to simulate and predict the three-dimensional temperature field of steel ingots in a thick plate heating furnace in real time. First, the heat conduction, radiation, and convection of the thick plate heating furnace were preliminarily modeled, and the temperature
