基于系统动力学方法的医疗费用过快增长问题建模与控制研究的中期报告 摘要： 随着人民生活水平的提高和医疗技术的不断进步，医疗费用过快增长问题日益引起广泛关注。本文基于系统动力学方法，建立了一个医疗费用过快增长问题的数学模型，并通过模拟和分析研究了该问题的演化规律和影响因素。研究结果表明，医疗附加值、人口老龄化以及医疗服务需求的增加是导致医疗费用过快增长的主要因素。在此基础上，提出了一系列控制策略和对策，包括加强医疗技术监管、优化医疗资源配置、加强公共医疗保障和建立全民健康意识等方面的措施，以期有效控制医疗费用的过快增长。 关键词：系统动力学；医疗费用；过快增长；控制策略 Abstract： With the improvement of peoples living standards and the continuous advancement of medical technology, the problem of excessive growth of medical expenses has attracted widespread attention. In this paper, based on the system dynamics method, a mathematical model of the problem of excessive growth of medical expenses was established, and the evolution law and influencing factors of the problem were studied through simulation and analysis. The results show that medical value-added, population aging, and the increase in medical service demand are the main factors leading to the excessive growth of medical expenses. On this basis, a series of control strategies and countermeasures are proposed, including strengthening the supervision of medical technology, optimizing the allocation of medical resources, strengthening public medical insurance, and establishing a national health awareness, in order to effectively control the excessive growth of medical expenses.
