城市化进程中失地农民生活消费问题的研究——以高新区蜀南庭苑为个案的中期报告 摘要： 随着城市化进程的不断推进，许多农民被迫离开原有的土地，进入城市生活。这些失地农民的生活消费问题已经成为城市化进程中的一个重要研究议题。本研究以成都高新区蜀南庭苑为个案，通过问卷调查和深度访谈，探讨失地农民的生活消费情况及其影响因素。研究发现，失地农民的生活消费主要涉及住房、食品、交通、教育、医疗等方面，消费水平较低，但随着时间的推移和经济条件的改善有所提高。同时，失地农民的收入、文化程度、社会网络等因素对其消费水平有显著影响。本研究的研究结果可为城市化进程中政策制定和社会保障体系建设提供参考。 关键词：城市化；失地农民；生活消费；影响因素 Abstract: With the continuous progress of urbanization, many farmers have been forced to leave their original land and enter the city for living. The issue of the living consumption of these landless farmers has become an important research topic in the urbanization process. Taking Chengdu High-tech Zone Shunan Garden as a case study, this research explores the living consumption situation and influencing factors of landless farmers through questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews. The study found that the living consumption of landless farmers mainly involves housing, food, transportation, education, medical care, and other aspects, and the consumption level is relatively low, but it has improved with the passage of time and the improvement of economic conditions. At the same time, factors such as income, cultural level, and social network have a significant influence on their consumption level. The research results can provide reference for policy making and social security system construction in the process of urbanization.
