PAGE PAGE II PAGE I第 PAGE I PAGE II第 PAGE II 摘 要 农村留守儿童问题长期以来都是一个极为严峻的社会问题,严重影响着我国社会各方面的发展。近年来我国农村留守儿童的数量也在飞速地增长,由于其数量庞大,并且属于弱势群体,因而备受社会的广泛重视和研究。政府作为主管部门,应加强对农村留守儿童教育问题的管理,从而促进农村留守儿童的健康成长。 文章主要采用问卷调查、文献研究等方法,通过对临泉县三所学校的调查与访谈,发现了临泉县农村留守儿童教育中的政府管理存在政府监管不足、教育资源不足且配置不平衡、教育资金投入欠缺、政府未融合多方力量等问题,结合对其原因的分析,提出了相应的解决对策:一是规范政府监管工作;二是合理分配城乡教育资源;三是加大政府教育资金投入;四是动员多方力量促成合作。 关键词:留守儿童 人本管理 政府管理 Abstract The problem of left behind children in rural areas has been a very serious social problem for a long time, which has seriously affected the development of all aspects of our society. In recent years, the number of rural left behind children in China is also growing rapidly. Because of their large number and belonging to vulnerable groups, they have been widely valued and studied by the society. As the competent department, the government should strengthen the management of the education of rural left behind children, so as to promote the healthy growth of rural left behind children. This paper mainly adopts the methods of questionnaire survey, literature research and so on. Through the investigation and interview of three schools in Linquan County, it is found that there are some problems in the government management of the education of rural left behind children in Linquan County, such as insufficient government supervision, insufficient and unbalanced allocation of educational resources, insufficient investment in educational funds, and the government does not integrate various forces. Combined with the analysis of the causes, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward: first, standardize the government supervision; The second is to reasonably allocate the educational resources between urban and rural areas; Third, increase government investment in education; Fourth, mobilize various forces to promote cooperation.
