社区文化建设存在的问题及对策研究—以宿迁市项里社区为例.docxVIP

摘 要 我们身处中国特色社会主义新时代，随着文化发展与繁荣，人民群众的文化需求日渐增长，文化建设已成为促进文化繁荣、满足群众文化需求的重要举措。社区文化建设无疑是推进国家文化建设的一个关键。本文以宿迁市项里社区为个例，根据协同治理理论以及PPP模式，运用问卷调查法、文献法和访谈法进行研究：描述了项里社区文化建设现状；出现建设设施配备不完善、社区文化活动单一、居民参与度低、文化服务质量不高的问题，而政府专门的资金投入有限、管理人员态度不积极、居民思想上认识不足、专业人才匮乏等等都是产生问题的原因；针对原因，结合实际，提出多元参与保证资金投入、推进社区文化规范化建设、加强对居民引导、精准供给刺激居民参与意愿等对策。 关键词：城市社区 社区文化 文化建设 社区文化建设 Abstract We are in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics. With the great prosperity of cultural development and the growing cultural needs of the masses, cultural construction has become an important measure for cultural prosperity and meeting the cultural needs of the masses.That is crux. This paper takes Xiangli community in Suqian City as an example, according to the collaborative governance theory and PPP model, using the methods of questionnaire, literature and interview.It describes the current situation of Xiangli community culture construction; There are problems such as imperfect construction facilities, single community cultural activities, low participation of residents and low quality of cultural services. The reasons for the problems are the limited investment of special funds by the government, the inactive attitude of managers, the lack of ideological understanding of residents and the lack of professionals; In view of the reasons, combined with the reality, this paper puts forward countermeasures such as diversified participation, ensuring capital investment, promoting the standardized construction of community culture, strengthening the guidance to residents, accurate supply and stimulating residents willingness to participate.
