我国大学生就业政策研究——基于供给需求与供求匹配理论的分析的中期报告 摘要： 本文基于供给需求和供求匹配理论，分析了我国大学生就业政策的实际问题。研究表明，我国的大学生就业政策需要更好地配合市场需求，以促进就业机会的提升和大学生就业率的提高。在考虑供给和需求的差异，政府应为大学生提供更多实用的转型方案，以助力其就业与职业发展。同时，企业应该加强与大学的合作与交流，提供更多实习和培训机会。最后，本文提出政策建议，包括加大支持创业和创新、推广技术和知识的转化、推进跨学科教育等。 关键词： 大学生就业政策、供给需求、供求匹配、实用转型方案、企业合作 Abstract： Based on the supply-demand and the supply-demand matching theory, this paper analyzes the actual problems of Chinas college student employment policy. The study shows that Chinas college student employment policy needs to better match market demand to promote the improvement of employment opportunities and the employment rate of college students. Considering the difference between supply and demand, the government should provide more practical transformation plans for college students to help them in their employment and career development. At the same time, enterprises should strengthen cooperation and communication with universities, and provide more internships and training opportunities. Finally, this paper proposes policy recommendations, including increasing support for entrepreneurship and innovation, promoting the transformation of technology and knowledge, and promoting interdisciplinary education.
