The core enterprises in the new energy supply chain cooperate with financial institutions to establish a supply chain financial service plaform. The cooperation does not only make it easier for new energy enterprises to make profits, but also provides a service platform for the specific operation of sup- ply chain finance, and also gets paid returns between the upstream and downstream participants in the new energy supply chain and financial institutions. Taking the development of the new energy supply chain in Xiongan New Area of Hebei Province as an example, it can fully prove the role of the supply chain financial service platform in the development of region- al new energy
