石莼光合膜蛋白复合体的提取及光合特性研究的中期报告 摘要： 本文研究了石莼光合膜蛋白复合体的提取和光合特性。采用离心法和超声法分离提取了石莼叶片中的光合膜，通过SDS鉴定蛋白质组成，发现光合膜中存在多种蛋白质，其中包括光合色素复合物I和光合色素复合物II的组分。还利用光谱法测定了光合膜的光谱特性和荧光光谱特性，结果表明，石莼光合膜对红外线、紫外线和蓝光的吸收较强；在荧光发射峰位、荧光发射强度和荧光发射光谱形状上，不同组分的光合膜表现出不同的特性。 关键词：石莼；光合膜；蛋白质；光合特性；荧光光谱 Abstract: The extraction and photosynthetic characteristics of the Chondrus crispus photosynthetic membrane protein complex were studied.
