In order to further release the new driving force of sustainable development, the Report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed that we should accelerate the construction of a dual circulation with the domestic macro cycle as the main body and the domestic and international dual cycle promoting each other, so as to provide new driving force for the high-quality development of Zhejiangs economy.
