四川革命老区红色旅游与乡村振兴 协同发展模式及对策研究 张莹，高旗红 （广安职业技术学院，四川 广安 638000） 摘 要： 四川革命老区一直是国家扶助的重点对象，革命老区有着丰富的自然资源和独特的红色旅游资源，协同红色旅游 与乡村振兴发展，有助于革命老区经济发展、文化繁荣，也是其必经之路。根据协同理论、系统理论，建构出四川革命老区红色旅 游与乡村振兴协同发展模式理论框架，再以巴中市为例进行实证研究，得出其耦合协调度演变满足协同发展趋势。最后提出四 川革命老区红色旅游与乡村振兴协同发展应培育革命精神、利用资源禀赋、政府统筹、以市场为导向。 关键词： 乡村振兴；四川革命老区；红色旅游；协同发展 Abstract: The old revolutionary base areas in Sichuan Province have always been the key object of state assistance. The old revo- lutionary base areas are rich in natural resources and unique red tourism resources. The coordinated developments between red tourism and rural revitalization are not only conducive to the economic development but also fi t for the cultural prosperity. According to the synergy theory and system theory, this paper constructs the theoretical framework of the coordinated development model between red tourism and rural revitalization in the old revolutionary base areas of Sichuan, and then takes Bazhong City as an example for empirical re- search, and concludes that the evolution of its coupled coordinated dispatching meets the trend of coordinated development. Finally, it is sug- gested that the coordinated development of red tourism and rural revitalization in old revolutionary areas of Sichuan Province should cultivate revolutionary spirit, make use of resource endowment, coordinate with the government, and take the market as the guidance.
