湖北移动80后高素质人才频繁跳槽影响因素研究的中期报告 【摘要】移动互联网的发展使得大量的年轻高素质人才涌向互联网领域,然而在湖北移动公司80后高素质人才中,频繁跳槽现象十分突出,这种现象对公司人力资源管理、队伍建设以及企业稳定发展造成了很大的影响。本研究基于问卷调查和访谈的调研方法,探讨了影响湖北移动80后高素质人才频繁跳槽的因素。研究发现,个人价值观与公司文化不符、缺乏晋升机会、工作失去挑战性、待遇低于市场水平、缺乏职业发展规划等是主要影响因素。针对这些因素,本研究提出了相应的建议,包括提高企业文化的透明度、加强培训、实施激励机制、引入更多的项目以及加强与其他企业的合作等措施。 【关键词】80后高素质人才;频繁跳槽;影响因素;中期报告;湖北移动公司 【Abstract】The development of mobile Internet has caused a large number of young high-quality talents to flock to the Internet field. However, in the high-quality talent among the 80s in Hubei Mobile, the phenomenon of frequent job hopping is very prominent, which has a great impact on the companys human resource management, team building, and stable development. Based on the research methods of questionnaire survey and interview, this study explores the factors that influence the frequent job hopping of high-quality talents among the 80s in Hubei Mobile. The research found that personal values are not in line with corporate culture, lack of promotion opportunities, loss of job challenges, low compensation below market level, lack of career development planning, etc. are the main influencing factors. For these factors, this study proposes corresponding suggestions, including improving the transparency of corporate culture, strengthening training, implementing incentive mechanisms, introducing more projects, and strengthening cooperation with other companies. 【Keywords】High-quality talents among the 80s;Frequent job hopping;Influencing factors;Mid-term report;Hubei Mobile
