When watching, you may guide students’ attention to the country and its culture. This might help them understand the article better. 2. organize students into groups of four and conduct a survey about how many of them think Australia is a sporting nation. Encourage students to give reasons to support their ideas. Conduct the activity as follows: When we talk about Australiam, what would come to your mind? When we talk about Australian people, what would you think of/ Do you agree that Australia is a sporting nation? Why or why not? 3.
