货币政策传导机制效果研究——以建筑行业为例的中期报告 摘要： 本文以建筑行业为例，研究货币政策传导机制在该行业的效果。通过对建筑业的宏观经济指标和货币政策指标进行分析，并利用时间序列分析方法进行实证研究，得出以下结论： 一、货币政策对建筑行业影响的传导机制主要表现为利率传导和信贷传导。 二、建筑业对货币政策的反应呈现出短期灵敏度高、长期缓慢的特点。 三、货币政策的宏观经济效果对建筑行业的影响具有显著性，尤其是通货膨胀率和GDP增长率对建筑业的影响较大。 四、建筑业的经济周期波动对货币政策的反应也具有一定的影响。 关键词：货币政策传导机制；建筑行业；效果研究；时间序列分析 Abstract: Taking the construction industry as an example, this paper studies the effect of monetary policy transmission mechanism in this industry. By analyzing the macroeconomic indicators of the construction industry and the monetary policy indicators, and using time series analysis methods for empirical research, the following conclusions are drawn: 1. The transmission mechanism of monetary policy to the construction industry mainly manifests as interest rate transmission and credit transmission. 2. The reaction of the construction industry to monetary policy shows a characteristic of high short-term sensitivity and slow long-term response. 3. The macroeconomic effects of monetary policy have a significant impact on the construction industry, especially the inflation rate and GDP growth rate have a greater impact on the construction industry. 4. The economic cycle fluctuations of the construction industry also have a certain impact on the response of monetary policy.
