梅州农村剩余劳动力转移就业培训研究的中期报告 【摘要】 随着城市化进程的加快和现代化的要求不断提高，农村剩余劳动力转移就业问题日益严峻。本文以梅州市为研究对象，对其农村剩余劳动力转移就业情况进行了调研，并采用问卷调查、实地访谈以及数据统计等多种方法进行了分析和研究。经过分析得出以下结论：一、梅州市农村剩余劳动力转移就业面临不少困难和挑战，但还有很大的潜力和机会；二、职业培训是农村剩余劳动力转移就业的重要途径和手段，需要加强政策支持和财政投入；三、农村剩余劳动力转移就业需要与城市发展相结合、发挥产业带动作用。在此基础上，本文提出了一些具体的建议，以期为梅州市农村剩余劳动力转移就业提供参考和借鉴。 【关键词】梅州市；农村剩余劳动力；转移就业；培训研究 【Abstract】 With the acceleration of urbanization and the increasing requirements of modernization, the problem of transferring surplus rural labor force to employment is becoming more and more severe. This paper takes Meizhou City as the research object, investigates the situation of rural surplus labor force transfer employment, and uses questionnaire survey, field interviews, and data statistics to analyze and study. After analysis, the following conclusions are drawn: 1. The transfer employment of rural surplus labor force in Meizhou City is faced with many difficulties and challenges, but there is still great potential and opportunities. 2. Vocational training is an important way and means for the transfer of rural surplus labor force to employment, and needs to strengthen policy support and financial investment. 3. The transfer of rural surplus labor force to employment needs to be combined with urban development and play a role in industry drive.
