The systems design focuses on achieving high precision, reliability, and efficiency to meet the requirements of modern industrial applications. 1. Introduction: Automation is an indispensable aspect of modern industries, aiming to reduce human intervention and improve productivity. Object localization, which involves identifying and locating objects in an environment, plays a crucial role in automation processes. Traditional methods for object localization often rely on manual labor, which is time-consuming, error-prone, and cost-inefficient. Therefore, the need for a reliable and accurate automated object localization system has become increasingly important. 2. Literature Review: In recent years, machine vision has emerged as a promising technology for object localization due to its ability to capture and process images in real-time. Various techniques, such as pattern recognition, feature extraction, and machine learning algorithms, have been employed to design automated object localization systems. Multiple studies have focused on improving the accuracy and speed of object detection and localization using machine vision. 3. Methodology: The proposed object localization system is designed to operate in a real-time production environment. The system consists of three main components: image acquisition, image processing, and object localization.
