TheAlfaLavalAlfaPureS3isdesignedtocleanservicefluids

inmetal-workingprocessesinindustries,suchasvehicle

manufacturing(tiersuppliers),andlightindustries,suchas

whitegoods,aerospace,metalcomponents,andcanmanu-

facturing.Thelevelofcleaningefficiencyachievedusing

high-speedcentrifugalseparationgreatlyextendsthelifetime

oftheservicefluids.Theresultislowercostsduetoreduced

servicefluidconsumption,lowercostsfordisposalofused

oilandfilters,moreplantuptime,andimprovementsinboth

productqualityandworkingenvironment.

TheAlfaPureS3isavailableinconcentratorversion.

Configuredasaconcentrator,thesystemremovestramp

oil,greaseandsolidparticlesfromwaterbasedcoolants

andwashliquids.Theclarifierisatwo-phaseversionwhere

finesolidsareremovedfromwater-basedcoolantsorwash

liquids.

TheAlfaPureS3isacomplete,readyforconnectionsystem

thatconsistsofaseparator,afeedpump,asludgepump

andanEPC-60controlsystemandona1800x900Easytooperate

(framesize)mmframeismounted.Optionally,theframeAlfaPureS3isveryeasytooperatethankstotheEPC60

canbeprovidedwithwheels,sothattheinstallationandcontrolsystemwithsimplebasicuserinterfaceandmenus.
