Withtheaidofalowtransmissionfilterandbymeansoflowlevellightingmakesurethatthecameraisnot

overmodulatedwiththeapertureintheopenposition.

a)Opticalfocus:Adjustfocuszoomlensatgreatestfocallength.

b)Backfocusdistance(lens):Adjustfocusatshortestfocallengthbyregulatinglensmechanicallywith

adjustmentscrewandoptimizealternativelywitha).

c)Backfocaldistance(pick-uptubes):Iffocusvariesfromchanneltochannelbetweengreatestand

shortestfocallength,theindividualpick-uptubesmustbeadjustedmechanicallyintheopticalaxis.
