摘要

本文通过对国内外游艇制造行业管理的相关文献回忆，以及针对这一特殊行业产业链管理开展的研究与分析，揭示游艇业开展与产业链管理之间的关系，并根据行业现况及相关管理模型提出了一些可行的建议。游艇制造产业链处于整个游艇产业链的上游，主要包括游艇的设计、制造以及相关配套产业。

本文首先对游艇制造产业作了概述，并对游艇制造产业链的特征进行了说明；继而对游艇制造产业链的相关概念予以解读，着重对游艇制造产业的直接和间接环节进行了详细研究与分析；最后，本文提出了目前游艇制造产业链的运营机制中存在的相关问题，并就这系列问题进行了分析与评述。
