影视字幕翻译中归化与异化的策略分析
摘要
随着国家改革开放的不断深入，社会、经济的不断发展，电影、电视等作为一种文化传播手段，其所承载的文化内容也越来越多。影视作品的翻译与传播，在增进各国的认识与交流方面，发挥着举足轻重的作用，同时也日益深刻地影响着民众的社会生活与价值观。在英汉互译中，归化与异化是对两种翻译策略的称谓。归化是一种翻译方法，它可以使译者在阅读时尽量避免产生陌生的感觉。所谓“异化”，就是在译文中故意破坏译文的规则，同时保持译文中的一些外来特征。在这个过程中，译者往往要在两个主要的翻译策略之间作出取舍，以更好地协调源语与目标语言之间的关系。而在翻译过程中，翻译的首要责任就是要将两种文化融合在一起，缩小两种文化的差别，达到一种文化的高效传播。
文章以中国电影和外国电影为例，阐述并讨论了在电影和电视剧中，在电影和电视剧的翻译过程中，人们是怎样使用这两种不同的翻译方法的。笔者对影视作品的具体翻译过程进行了分析，认为要实现其特定翻译目的，在字幕翻译中应该按照作者的意图、翻译的目的、文本类型以及读者因素等将归化与异化相结合。

ABSTRACT
Withthecontinuousdeepeningofnationalreformandopeningup,aswellasthecontinuousdevelopmentofsocietyandeconomy,movies,television,andotherculturaldisseminationmethodscarrymoreandmoreculturalcontent.Thetranslationanddisseminationoffilmandtelevisionworksplayacrucialroleinenhancingunderstandingandcommunicationamongcountries,andalsoincreasinglyprofoundlyaffectthesociallifeandvaluesofthepeople.InEnglishChinesetranslation,domesticationandforeignizationarethetermsusedtorefertotwotranslationstrategies.Domesticationisatranslationmethodthathelpstranslatorsavoidfeelingunfamiliarwhilereading.Theso-calledalienationreferstointentionallybreakingtherulesofthetranslationwhilemaintainingsomeforeignfeaturesinthetranslation.Inthisprocess,translatorsoftenhavetomakeachoicebetweentwomaintranslationstrategiestobettercoordinatetherelationshipbetweenthesourcelanguageandthetargetlanguage.Intheprocessoftranslation,theprimaryresponsibilityoftranslationistointegratethetwoCultures,narrowthedifferencesbetweenthetwoCultures,andachievetheefficienttransmissionofoneculture.
