摘要：

神经营养因子3（NT3）在多种神经疾病的治疗中具有广泛的应用前景。本研究利用基因工程技术构建了NT3基因工程细胞，并通过PCR、Westernblot等方法对其进行了鉴定。结果表明，成功构建了NT3基因工程细胞株，表达了高水平的NT3蛋白，并具有稳定的遗传特性和生物学特性。本研究为进一步应用NT3基因工程细胞进行神经疾病治疗提供了可靠的基础。
