电梯远程监控系统数据采集器的软件设计

摘要

现代电梯已经实现远程监控的目标，但监控实时性效果不甚明显。本课题以工业现场通讯和以太网通讯方法为基础，采用数据采集技术，对采集的电梯故信号进行测试，实现了对电梯运行状态的实时监控。

本文以电梯在城市生活中的广泛应用为课题背景，论述了电梯远程监控系统数据采集器的开发过程，主要完成课题中数据采集器软件部分设计。首先介绍了电梯远程监控系统的发展现状和其发展趋势。其次，介绍了数据采集器所承担的主要功能和各主要组成部分。另外，本文还介绍了电梯远程监控系统在楼群，小区等日常生活中的应用。

本文最后提出了设计中的一些不足之处和对今后的一些要求。论文结尾附有系统的电路原理图、系统的PCB图和系统的主程序。

Abstract

Nowadaysthegoalofremotemonitoringofelevatorhasbeenachieved,buttheeffectofreal-timemonitoringisnotveryobvious.ThispaperbasedontheindustrialsitecommunicationmethodandtheEthernetcommunicationmethod,usesthedatacollectiontechnology,doessometestsonthecollectedfaultsignalofelevatorandrealizesreal-timemonitoringofelevator’sstatus.

Thispaperusesthewideapplicationofelevatorinthecitylifeasthesubjectbackground,expoundsthedevelopmentprocessofelevator’sremotemonitoringsystemdatacollectionandcompletesthesoftwaredesignofthedatacollector.Firstlyitintroducesthecurrentsituationofthedevelopmentoftheremotemonitoringsystemanditsdevelopmenttrend.Secondly,thispaperintroducesthedatacollectordevice’smainfunctionsandmainparts.Inaddition,thispaperalsointroducestheapplicationofremotemonitoringsystemofelevatorinbuildingsandtheplotinthedailylife.

Atlastthispaperputsforwardsomedeficienciesandrequirementsforthefutureofthedesign.AttheendofthispaperisthemainprogramofremotemonitoringsystemandthecircuitprincipleandPCBchartofthewholesystem.
