一、概 述Briefintroduction

该系列电动阀门控制箱，是与我厂生产的ZW型、JQ型及QW型阀门电动装置配套使用的电控箱，用于控制阀门的开启和关闭，可用于现场单独控制或远方集中控制。

KFD型电控箱有抽屉式和挂壁式两种结构。

ThisseriesofcontrolcabinetofelectricvalveistheonetobeusedtogetherwithZWtype,JQtypeandQWtypeelectricvalveactuatorproducedbyourcompanyandtocontroltheopeningandclosingofvalve.Itcanbeusedinsiteindividualcontrolorlong-distancecentralizedcontrol.

2、工作环境：

（1）环境温度：—20℃~+60℃

（2）相对湿度：≤85%（20℃时）

（3）周围不含强腐蚀性、易燃易爆介质及导电尘埃。

三、工作原理Workingprinciple

按照阀门电动装置的型号所配KFD型控制箱的电气工作原理见图1~8。线路图有主电路、控制电路、工作显示电路和开度指示电路等组成。虚线框内的器件均装在电装内，其它器件装在控制箱

内，电气元件见表1~4。
