杭州软件产业集群创新模式研究

摘要

产业集群有着的创新气氛、技术知识溢出效应和创新本钱降低对于群内企业从事积极的创新活动等都是有利的，但同时也有着障碍因素，就像局部传统产业集群企业只会去模仿而创新能力却缺乏，让产品的技术含量以及附加值较低，局部高技术产业集群就像高杭州软件产业集群也需要持续创新、提升创新层次以及把创新水平提高的问题。本文研究的目的，一是深入分析产业集群创新规律，特别是产业集群创新模式和制约产业集群创新的问题，把产业集群创新系统理论更加完善，为推进产业集群创新进行理论指导：二是通过对分析杭州软件产业集群创新能力及存在的问题，由此探索产业集群提升创新能力的对策。本文研究的意义在于：力求完善产业集群创新理论，并分析杭州软件产业集群创新的优势和缺乏进行分析，提出增强产业集群创新能力的对策建议，具有实践指导意义。

ABSTRACT
