摘要前庭疾病可引起眩晕、头晕、前庭视觉症状和姿势症状等，严重影响患者工作效力及自身安全。目前，抗
组胺药物是用于对抗前庭症状的主要治疗药物。其中，倍他司汀为代表的以H和H受体为靶点的抗组胺药物，已

经在临床使用了几十年。文中通过回顾文献，详细阐述了组胺及中枢组胺受体的生理作用、前庭疾病与中枢组胺
受体的相互关系、倍他司汀的药理作用机制和临床应用，以期为相关临床用药提供参考。

ABSTRACT Vestibular disorders, which cause vestibular symptoms (such as vertigo, dizziness,
vestibularvisual symptoms and postural symptoms, etc.), may seriously affect patients’ work productivity

and their safety. At present, antihistamine drugs are the most used drugs for the treatment of vestibular
symptoms. Among them, drugs that target H and H receptors represented by betahistine have been used

clinically for decades. Based on literature review, the physiological functions of histamine and central
histamine receptors, the relationship between vestibular diseases and central histamine receptors, and
the pharmacological mechanism and clinical application of betahistine are elaborated in order to provide
reference for clinical medication.
