摘要

预拉伸塑模裹包机是目前包装行业广泛使用的机械之一，它首先将塑料薄膜预拉伸，然后包裹在一个或多个货物上。广泛应用于玻璃制品、五金工具、电子电器、造纸、食品、陶瓷、化工、饮料、建材等行业。能够提高物流效率、减少运输过程中的损耗，具有防尘、防潮、降低包装成本等优点，是提升产品包装档次的理想选择。

预拉伸塑模裹包机是由膜架系统、升降立柱、控制系统、转盘系统等组成：主要参数有工作效率，包装高度，托盘转度，托盘承重，外形尺寸等。膜架系统为主动预拉伸机构，预拉伸可达200％~300%，自动送膜，自动调节送膜速度，膜架为铸铝膜架，轻便稳定。PWM调速系统控制薄膜张力。升降立柱采用链条传动，升降速度可以调节。控制系统运用PLC技术，按钮式操作面板，光电传感器开关，自动感测货物高度，膜架上升下降速度可以调节。

ABSTRACT

Pre-stretchoftheplasticfilmwrappingmachineisoneofextensiveusedinpackagingindustry,Itwillpre-stretchtheplasticfilmatfirst,andthenwrappedinoneormoregoods.widelyusedinglass,products,hardware,tools,electronic,appliances,paper,food,

ceramics,chemicals,drink,buildingmaterialsandsoon.itcanimprovethelogisticsefficiencyandreducelossesduringtransportation,Beprovidedwithmoistureproof,

dustproof,reducepackagingcosts.itcanpromotetheproductpackinggrade,sothisisanidealchoice.

Pre-stretchoftheplasticfilmwrappingmachineconsistsofFilmpillarsystem,liftingpillar,controlsystem,thewheelsystemsystem;Themainparametersincludingefficiency,packingheight,wheelspeed,boundarydimensionandsoon.Filmpillarsystemisactivepre-tensioninstitutions,Pre-stretchvolumecanreach200%to300%,Automaticinputfilm,thespeedofinputfilmcanbecontrol,Filmframeisaluminumalloymaterial,lightandstability.ThePWMofspeedregulationsystemcancontrolfilmtension,Liftpillarusechaintransmissionliftingspeedcanberegulated,ControlsystemusingPLCtechnologyButtonedoperationpanel,Photoelectricsensorswitch,auto-sensingcargoheight,Therisingandfallingoffilmframeratecanberegulated.
